Three community organizations power local cricket. QSA works alongside all of them to grow the game across Belleville, Quinte West and Prince Edward County.
Quinte Cricket Club
Host of the 2nd Annual Quinte Cricket Cup at Harmony Road Cricket Ground.
Quinte Cricket Association
Host of the 2025 Starlight Tournament and the Thurlow Park pitch project.
Belleville Cricket Club
Competes year-round in the Lakeshore Cricket League and the Winter Cup.
What changed between 2025 and 2026
- Purpose-built pitch: Sod-turned in June 2025 at Thurlow Park with a $15,000 contribution from the association; now Belleville's first dedicated cricket ground.
- Bigger field: From a local weekend knockout in 2025 to teams travelling from across Ontario in 2026.
- New home: The Quinte Cricket Club opened at 444 Dundas St East, giving players a year-round base.
- Civic backing: Support from the City of Belleville, the Chamber of Commerce and MPP Tyler Allsopp across both seasons.
